The Cowboy Joe Club Wyoming Commissioner License Raffle in partnership with the Muley Fanatic Foundation!

Prize: 2027 Wyoming Commissioner License (Winner chooses to hunt deer, antelope, OR elk and declare any open hunt area for that species. Resident or non-resident are qualified.

Tickets will be available until November 19th @ noon or when sold out. 

Winner will be announced on November 20, 2026 during the New Mexico vs Wyoming Cowboys football game, kickoff at 7 pm.
